Return of Parcel / Document:
Mainland: If your parcel returned to My zzqss Express warehouse due to your parcel rejected by domestic customs inspection, our customer service will inform you to rearrange shipment via another way of the international express. RMB50 will charge for rearrangement, the new shipment fee shall bear by the consignee.
Foreign: Consignee shall bear the return fee and re-shipping fee if your parcel returned to My zzqss Express warehouse due to "product inspection not pass standard regulations", "wrong address", "repeatedly sending failed", "no one sign for acceptance", "unable to contact consignee".
1) Please check your packaging and weight before you acknowledge your parcel, if there is a discrepancy please do not accept it. Please request the delivery person to inspect and take note of the airway bill with a signature.
2) Please contact our customer service immediately if your product damage, product missing, or wrong purchasing product. Kindly attach a photo to our customer service as well.
3) The complaint will not be accepted when the parcel acknowledges after 24 hours.
